Who Bastardized My English?

The so-called revolution of Philippine English is brought about by the resurgence of three new breeds of English-speaking Filipinos who have mutated from the traditional fluent English speaker who has impressed the world over to someone who can’t even impress an eight year old. For convenience, I have divided them into three groups: the Plastic Fantastics, the Caralebrities, and the English Deaf-Mutes.
